Dr. Chia-Hao Chin received the undergraduate, Master, and Ph. D. degrees in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering from the National Central University, Taiwan (1997, 2004 and 2010, respectively). Soon afterwards, he held positions as Postdoctoral Fellows at Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. In 2013, he joined Nanhua University as an assistant professor of Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering; and he also is the director of Computer Center of Nanhua University. His research is focused on the Networks Biology.
